We're heading into a great 2024 already with our team growing in all aspects
Growth can be interpreted in a variety of ways, and we're looking at a few of them here at TIDE...
First off, our team
Many of you will have had the pleasure of speaking with Ashleigh, our new Office Administrator who joined us at the beginning of January, and we also welcome Alan, our newbie engineer who joins us later this month. As and when you speak (or meet) Ashleigh & Alan, be sure to give them a warm welcome!
Secondly, our joint processes
Growing our team is an absolute to be certain that our services are as efficient as possible and that our processes run smoothly. All in all, we want to deliver a quality end to end service for our clients, second-to-none. But that doesn't just come from us here at TIDE.
It's vital that we also focus on the "back office" side of things with our partners across the paint dispenser industry too. Without any of this, life would be a clunky nightmare which wouldn't work for anyone.
A couple of examples:
We've streamlined our process with Corob CARE360 for replacement Moonwalk parts, negating unnecessary reviews and approvals, coming directly to our TIDE experts for same day postage*.
We're enhancing our alliance with Colour Genie - also a northwest based business - and our collaboration has already taken our teams overseas for respective training & service enhancement opportunities this year.
Thirdly, our client base
As an independent service company, we pride ourselves on establishing better-than-good relationships with our customers. It's a no brainer. A win/win. Our clients get what they need, not just what they want. And that builds trust, which provides us with continued business.
